You can serve Kenya's orphans with Courtney Kraus!

For as long as I can remember, my heart has been drawn to orphans and vulnerable children. I remember praying that my parents would adopt a child, and when they felt God leading them to pursue adoption, I was elated. I was given the opportunity to travel to Ethiopia, along with my parents, to meet my brother for the first time in February of 2015. This was really when God opened my eyes to His immense love for orphans and His desire that I demonstrate this love through my life.

Recently, God provided an opportunity for me to serve orphans this summer. From July 19th-28th, I have the opportunity to travel to Limuru, Kenya with The Boaz Project, Inc., a non-profit that serves the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of orphans around the world.

While in Kenya, we will visit El Shaddai Children’s Center to lead a Vacation Bible School program where we will share the good news of Jesus Christ with the children. We will also have the opportunity to complement the work that many local, Christian volunteers are doing weekly in this orphanage.

This short-term mission trip will cost $3,519, which covers my airfare, food, accommodations, and our materials. Would you consider joining me in ministry by supporting me as a prayer and/or financial partner? I need to raise 100% of my support by June 28th.
