God cares about all the lost and hurting in our world, but has a special place in his heart for orphans. My husband and I have been concerned about the orphan crisis for many years; in fact, our youngest son is adopted from Liberia. Micah 6:8 says, "And what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness and to walk humbly with your God?" These values resonate strongly with the mission of The Boaz Project.
I feel blessed to serve as the Bookkeeper, using my skills behind the scenes to support orphans and their caregivers in a tangible way. I am also a Donor Relations Specialist, interacting with our fabulous supporters for prayer support and encouragement. Every day I work at The Boaz Project is a great day!
