As you pray for orphans and The Boaz Project this month, please remember the following:

Please remember our partners at El Shaddai Children’s Center and their nation of Kenya in the midst of political turmoil. You may recall that we requested prayer for the August elections. While there were lives lost following the elections, the unrest seemed contained. However, the Kenyan Supreme Court deemed election invalid, and another election will be held Oct. 17^th. Of course, tensions are only building, so please pray for peace over Kenya.

Thank the Lord that Jessica (pictured right) from House of Joy has had a full recovery from her broken leg! She was grateful to return to school, and appreciated your prayers.

Please pray for Masha, our interim administrator in Vladimir, Russia. She’s taking on an enormous responsibility while Bethany (our administrator in Vladimir) is in the United States for several months. Please pray that Masha would maintain a good rapport with the orphanage directors, support our volunteers and confidently carry out all the accounting and procedural responsibilities.

Ask God for His favor to be with Pastor James as he attempts to get Bethany Blessing Home registered with the government. It is a lengthy and complex process!
