Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you interact with our business, including our website, products, and services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment details, and any other information you provide directly.
  • Non-Personal Information: Browser type, device information, IP address, and website usage data collected automatically through cookies or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our products and services.
  • Process payments and fulfill orders.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Send relevant updates, promotions, or marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only with:

  • Service Providers: Vendors who help us operate our business (e.g., payment processors, shipping companies).
  • Legal Requirements: When required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

4. QuickBooks Integration

The Boaz Project uses a private internal integration with QuickBooks Online to assist authorized personnel with bookkeeping and accounting workflows.

The integration may access QuickBooks information such as transaction dates and amounts, vendors, currencies, expense accounts, classes, transaction notes, and receipt or attachment information. This information is used only for authorized organizational purposes, including transaction review, receipt matching, classification recommendations, identifying possible duplicates, and applying accounting changes approved by an authorized user.

The integration may also use authorized organizational systems, such as email, to locate receipts and supporting documentation.

The Boaz Project does not sell QuickBooks data or use it for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes. QuickBooks remains the primary accounting system of record, and the integration is not intended to maintain a separate permanent copy of the organization’s full QuickBooks data.

Authentication credentials and temporary processing data are retained only as necessary to operate the integration. Approved receipts, accounting records, and audit information may be retained as part of The Boaz Project’s legitimate accounting and recordkeeping obligations.

If the QuickBooks connection is revoked or discontinued, the integration will stop accessing QuickBooks data through that authorization, and stored authentication credentials and temporary data that are no longer required will be securely deleted. Accounting records and supporting documentation may be retained when required for legitimate accounting, audit, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Restrict or object to certain data processing activities.

To exercise these rights, contact us.
