Our Orphan Advocate Training program continues to grow, and we are SO grateful for the passionate, motivated people God has placed on our path! As part of the program, our trainees (OATs) have the opportunity to complete special projects where they can use their specific giftings to impact our organizations and, ultimately, the house parents and children we serve. Here are just a couple of the fantastic things our OATs are doing to change the lives of orphans!
Jessi: I’m thrilled to begin working on an OAT for Families project so that families can learn about the orphan crisis and how God is using the Boaz Project to be His hands and feet to these forgotten children. Soon, the whole family will be able to engage in activities to become advocates for orphans.
Susie: God has given all of us gifts, and I have prayed that God would use the gifts that He has given me in a way that can serve His Kingdom. Through the Orphan Advocate Training, I have been blessed through being able to use my background as a child psychologist to assist with preparing house parent training materials. I look forward to continuing to see how God may use what He has given me for His glory.

I am interested! In fact, SO interested I am doing it!
Me too! Seeing all the ways God uses each of our gifts made me want to learn and do more!
I like how Susie said it, “God has given all of us gifts”. I am ready to discover ways that I can be more involved in helping with the orphans and be more hands on.
