The first trip to our new field in South Asia turned out to be an especially emotional one.
Our small team had the privilege of spending time with our newest partners—a devoted pastor and his family—who have been faithfully caring for orphaned girls in their community. Their love and dedication to these children are truly inspiring.
However, their journey has not been easy. During the pandemic, the government required them to send the girls away because their home did not have enough space for proper social distancing. They made arrangements with families and an orphanage to take some of the girls in and provided funding for two years.
But even though the pandemic has passed, this space requirement remains in place, and they have been unable to bring the girls back. They continue to visit them, but each time they are asked, “When will you take me home?” It has been excruciating to be unable to answer them.
Thanks to your generosity, though, that is about to change!
As a result of some gifts from generous donors and a successful Boaz Olympics event, we were thrilled to share with our partners that their future children’s home is now 58% funded, bringing us closer to reuniting these precious girls with their caregivers. Though we have not yet reached full funding, we have encouraged them to begin the process—tearing down the existing structure and securing temporary housing—because we know this will be a long journey, and we want to see these children home as soon as possible.
During our visit, we also had the incredible opportunity to meet seven of the ten orphaned girls who will soon call this home their own. Some traveled seven hours to be with us and to see the family they missed so much. Seeing their smiles and hearing their excitement made it even more evident how life-changing this new home will be.
The family was overwhelmed with emotion upon hearing the news. The pastor cried as his daughters hugged each other and exclaimed, “Now we will have our big family back together. Our little sisters are coming home!”
Their mother, on the other hand, said, “It’s not time to cry. We have already shed so many tears, praying God would bring our family back together. Now, it is time to celebrate!”
Your support is making it possible for this family to be reunited permanently. Every gift brings them closer to that day. If you’d like to be part of this incredible journey, you can give today and help make this dream a reality. Just visit www.boazproject.org/hhh
As we move forward with construction, we invite you to continue walking with us—praying for the process, for our partners, and for the children who will soon have a place to call home.

Everything about this story shouts “We have to get this done! …now!”
The thought of being able to help this family reunite is such a joy to me.
While I can only donate enough to purchase a brick or two, the Lord has put this project on my heart for prayer, so I know He’s got it covered! I can’t wait to see how He does it!
Every little bit counts, including your prayers.
What a blessing that in time they will have
a new home and be all back together again.
Prayers this processes will be a smooth one.
Praying the process of building their new home is a smooth one. That soon this wonderful group can be back together again.
How beautiful, praying that this home is completely funded. God bless these workers and these girls and the Boaz project.
God’s love is perfected in the Boaz Project. His will is present in this family and their beautiful young ladies.
